Fuck my life sucks.

This is what most people think when I say “Clarkson,” but I always mean this:

Truly one thing after another: my car’s radiator decides to blow itself up. No, that’s not clean and shiny car body, it’s radiator coolant all over my car after the nice *poof* in the middle of a freeway.

Please somebody, I need donations, lots of it.

After two all-nighters in a row and two full days of naps, I absolutely have nothing to eat.

I wish I had money to go out and get something. (or I earn enough to eat)

Maybe this will be a nice way to lose weight… or not.

Kinect: Sony from 2003 called and they want their Eyetoy back.

Thank you Amazon for letting me check what the fuss was about on Kinect by releasing cheap refurbs. The whole experience can be summarized by one sentence: It’s better Eyetoy. I was one of the first to purchase and enjoy Eyetoy on PS2 and everything is nearly the same. The graphic is better due to the newer console, and it recognizes human better due to its additional infrared camera but other than that, the interface, gameplay, and etc are completely the same. I am surprised that Sony became what they are, which is generally an asshole, and have not sued Microsoft already.

Pro: It’s better motion censor compared to most of others that are out there and it’s relatively accurate. It was a good idea to have a motorized camera as I noticed it moved around to catch my motion fairly quicky.

Con: It’s been done before. Also, it needs a quite a bit of space. Prepare to have at least 20ft x 20ft space empty in front of your censor. No wonder it’s not selling well in Asian countries, including Japan. I am not living in a small Asian apartment and my entire living room isn’t enough. Just like Wii, it has the same issues of motion controllers; you can basically moving a cursor around using your hand instead of a joypad or a mouse. Most movements are relative and I can see the target audience, who did not experience gaming much, will have hard time matching their absolute movement to the motion censor’s relative movement.

So there, another peripheral that will eat dust for long, long time. I do admit, it will be a decent party trick, but so was Eyetoy or Wii.

I do like Android OS, but I respect people who enjoy iOS-based devices such as iPhone and iPad. iOS is like sushi; I do not enjoy raw meat with rice, but I respect people who do and I actually do enjoy cooked meat with rice. Android is like steak; I do like the cooked meat, and I am sure there are more than few people that enjoy both steak and sushi. However, Blackberry is like milk. It must have been great when you first purchased it … at least 5 years ago but now that it’s completely decomposed beyond recognition, it’s not worth drinking that anymore.
